In our lives, there are many Seasons…some good, some not so
good…but, if we are fortunate, these Seasons are surrounded
by family, friends, love…and tea!
Join our journey…through the "Seasons of Tea."

The Tea Ceremony has long cherished affection
and joy towards nature, respecting each season's
characteristics and senses.

There is no season such delight can bring,
As summer, autumn, winter, and the spring.
William Browne
(c.1591–c.1645)

In the
summer, impart a sense of deep coolness, in winter, a
feeling of warmth;
lay the charcoal so that it heats the water, prepare
the tea so that it is pleasing
–these are the secrets.
-Sen
Rikyu

I'm
sending you love and tea,
To warm your winter's day.
Think of me as you pour your cup
And all the good things we would say.
If we could be together now
Instead of miles apart,
We'd sip our teas and memories,
The sweet warmth fills the heart.
